AnoSim – Frequently Asked Questions
AnoSim provides no-KYC Virtual Numbers and Data eSIMs with fast crypto top-ups. Availability can change quickly based on provider capacity, but your existing purchases remain accessible in the app. If you’re ever stuck, check the tips below or reach out via our Telegram bot.
What is AnoSim and what can I buy?
AnoSim lets you purchase two things: Virtual Numbers for one-time SMS activations, and Data eSIMs for mobile data while traveling.
- Virtual Numbers: disposable phone numbers for receiving a single activation code (e.g., Telegram, etc.).
- Data eSIMs: region/country packages with a QR and activation code (AC + SMDP). Usage and status are shown in My eSIMs.
How do refunds work for Virtual Numbers?
If your virtual number does not receive an activation code within 20 minutes, AnoSim automatically refunds the price back to your in-app balance and deletes the order—no support ticket needed.
Virtual numbers can occasionally be bad or blocked by the target service. If a number isn’t working, simply order a new one. The 20-minute auto-refund still applies when no SMS arrives.
Tip: Keep the order screen open and request the code from the target service right away to avoid timeouts.
What is the refund policy for Data eSIMs?
Data eSIMs are refundable only if the eSIM fails to work at all (e.g., can’t attach to network on compatible devices, no data despite correct setup).
- No refunds for device incompatibility, incorrect region/country selection, usage after activation, or expired plans.
- Ensure your device supports eSIM and the target region before ordering.
How do I view my eSIM, QR, activation code, and usage?
Open My eSIMs from the home screen. Each eSIM row shows live status (e.g., RELEASED, ENABLED),ICCID, expiry, and a Usage bar (used vs. total data).
- Click Open QR to toggle the QR inside the card.
- You can copy the AC (Activation Code) and SMDP Address to install manually if needed.
- We periodically refresh usage via the provider’s API; hit Refresh if you need an immediate update.
My eSIM isn’t giving data. What should I check?
- Confirm your phone supports eSIM in the destination region.
- Install using the QR or AC + SMDP Address, then enable the line.
- Set the correct APN (we show it in your eSIM details), toggle Airplane Mode, and restart the device.
- Ensure data roaming is on for that eSIM profile and that it’s the active data line.
How do I add funds and what are the limits?
Tap Fund now in the balance bar to top up using crypto via our payment gateway. Minimum top-up is $10.00.
Deposits are usually credited within 5–15 minutes after network confirmation.
What is the ACC token verification bonus?
If you’re a verified holder of at least $50 worth of ACC, you automatically get a +10% bonus on each top-up.

How does the Affiliate program work?
You earn 15% of every top-up your referred users make.
- Share your referral link/code from the Affiliate panel.
- Payouts are requested in the app and sent as USDT (SOL) to your Solana address, typically within 24 hours.

Is AnoSim KYC-free? How do I secure my account?
AnoSim is no-KYC. On first use, you receive a Recovery Code—store it safely. If you lose your device, you can restore your account with this code.
- You can link your Telegram to the same account for easier sign-ins.
- We cannot recover accounts without the recovery code.
What do eSIM statuses mean?
- RELEASED: Profile allocated and ready to install.
- ENABLED / IN_USE: Installed/active on a device.
- DISABLED: Temporarily disabled on the device.
- DELETED / REVOKED: Removed from the device / invalidated (cannot be reused).
Status changes arrive via provider webhooks and update in your eSIMs list.
Troubleshooting tips for virtual numbers
- Request the activation SMS immediately after purchase.
- If a service blocks the number, order a new one (auto-refund still applies for no-SMS after 20 min).
- Check you selected the correct service/country.
